1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by VIBECODE AUDIT ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VIBECODE AUDIT provides human-led code audit services for AI-generated applications. Our services include security audits, code quality reviews, and production readiness assessments. The specific scope of each audit is determined by the audit package selected at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are placed through our website and are subject to acceptance by us.
• Prices are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed during checkout.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy below.

4. Delivery

Audit reports are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the time we receive access to your codebase. Priority review orders are expedited. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every effort to meet them.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our audits. If you are unsatisfied with the results, you may request a review within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are granted at our discretion and only if:

• The audit report was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
• The audit did not cover the scope outlined in the selected package.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days from delivery or if the audit report has been used to make changes to your codebase.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete access to the codebase being audited.
• You represent that you have the legal right to share the code submitted for audit.
• You agree not to submit code that contains malware or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all code and intellectual property you submit for audit. Our audit reports are provided for your use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without our written consent. We retain ownership of our audit methodology, templates, and processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our audit reports are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee that your code is free from all vulnerabilities or defects. VIBECODE AUDIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or reliance on our audit reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific audit service.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client code and project information as confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your code to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For additional confidentiality protections, please refer to our NDA Agreement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our sole discretion if we believe the terms are being violated or if the submitted code poses legal or ethical concerns.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
